What Makes Minds Lead Different
Through a blended delivery model combining online learning and in-person support, every learner receives an individualised curriculum plan mapped precisely to their home school curriculum. Students access a wide range of subjects, with teaching tailored to their strengths and academic needs to ensure appropriate challenge, engagement and progress.
Minds Lead provides truly individualised learning packages, where each learner accesses resources, lessons and approaches specifically designed to meet their needs. Across all pathways, students can engage in Vocational Taster Sessions including Performing Arts, Hair & Beauty and Hospitality & Home Food Preparation.
Learners may also receive weekly counselling or therapeutic support delivered by qualified professionals where required, ensuring emotional wellbeing supports academic progression.

Education Pathways

Exam Preparation (Year 11)
From February Half Term (12 weeks)
This specialist pathway supports Year 11 pupils who may have disengaged, missed key areas of learning, or require targeted subject intervention ahead of GCSE examinations. Designed around a structured 12-week model beginning immediately after February half term, this programme delivers focused academic recovery, personalised revision planning and blended learning that strengthens confidence and exam readiness.
Students receive a fully individualised timetable focused on priority GCSE subjects, supported by coaching, mentoring and DfE-approved online live lessons pitched to their ability and delivered by qualified teachers. Vocational tasters may be included to support confidence, engagement and future planning. All Year 11 learners also receive structured Post-16 guidance and careers support to help them identify suitable pathways, plan their next steps and complete applications where required.

Early Intervention
KS3 - 12 WEEK Program
A structured, immersive placement designed to rebuild engagement, routines and academic progress for KS3 learners. Students follow an individualised timetable including academic subjects, PSHE, personal development, therapeutic support and Vocational Taster sessions.
This pathway is supported by our DfE-approved online learning packages, allowing tailored learning at the right level alongside in-person teaching.

Re-Integration Momentum Package
KS3 - KS4 Hybrid Transition Pay
A flexible hybrid model supporting phased reintegration while maintaining academic progress. Learners receive live teaching, online learning, mentoring and structured reintegration coaching.

1to1 Tuition & Anxiety Re-Engagement Pathway
KS3- KS4
A therapeutic-informed programme supporting learners whose anxiety significantly impacts attendance, engagement or access to education. Learning can be delivered online or face to face depending on the needs and readiness of each individual student. Vocational Taster Sessions are available as low-stress, confidence-building activities to support emotional readiness and gradual re-engagement
